Placing an order
An account is needed to place an order. Before accepting the order, the shop rechecks product eligibility, stock, prices and delivery slot capacity. An order number and status are shown once the order is recorded.
A product may become unavailable or change before payment. The confirmed order, not an earlier state of the basket, is the authoritative record of the items, quantities, VAT, delivery charges and total.
Payment
Online bank transfers must use the account and the exact amount shown for the order. The proof of payment you send may be checked automatically, then manually. A payment can remain pending until verification is conclusive. Orders paid by cash on delivery remain unpaid until the money is collected.
Delivery
Delivery starts from the next calendar day and is offered in the available morning or afternoon delivery slots. Please give a complete, accessible address and a valid phone number. Delivery times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Any important update will be reflected in the order status or shared using the contact details on your account.
Changes, cancellation and problems
Contact us promptly if an address is wrong, an order needs to be cancelled, or a problem arises at delivery. Cancellation may no longer be possible once the order has been dispatched. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Mauritian law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, proofs of payment, order limits or the shop's technical services. An order or account may be suspended or cancelled where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, inaccurate information or a security problem.
