The information we use
We use the information you provide to create and secure your account, process your orders, arrange delivery, respond to your enquiries and keep the transaction records we are required to hold. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history and your account security data.
Customer information and sales orders are synchronised with the configured Business Central company, so your order can be prepared and accounted for.
Payment screenshots
If you choose bank transfer, the screenshot you send is stored privately and is used to read the visible payment fields: beneficiary account, amount, currency, date and reference. Automatic analysis helps with sorting, and uncertain results go to manual review. A screenshot is supporting evidence and does not replace bank statements.
Your payment screenshots, in practice
A screenshot is written to private storage, never to the public catalogue, and is never published on any page of the shop.
A screenshot that has been dealt with is deleted automatically 180 days after it was sent, with no human involved.
Only staff signed in to the shop's admin console can open it, to check the payment for the matching order.
An automatic analysis reads the visible fields (account, amount, currency, date, reference) to prepare that check. It never refuses a payment on its own: an uncertain result goes to a person.
Retention and protection
Access is limited to the staff and authorised services that run the shop. Sessions, file uploads and admin actions rely on security controls suited to their sensitivity. Information is kept only as long as needed for running the shop, meeting legal obligations, handling disputes and honouring the configured retention periods.
Cookies and trackers
The shop uses essential cookies: your session, your basket, your language and the banners you have already dismissed. They are not used to follow you across other sites.
