Next-day delivery
The earliest delivery date is tomorrow. When you pay, choose from the delivery slots that still have capacity:
- Morning: 8am to 12pm
- Afternoon: 1pm to 5pm
Dates and delivery slots that are full or closed are not offered. Your delivery slot is held briefly while you pay, then confirmed the moment the order is placed.
Payment methods
Online bank transfer
Transfer the exact order amount to the account shown when you pay, then send a clear screenshot. The receiving account, the amount and the transfer details are checked automatically. If the screenshot is not legible or does not match, the payment goes to manual review rather than being treated as received.
Cash on delivery
Orders paid by cash on delivery stay marked as unpaid until payment is collected at delivery. Online bank transfer and cash on delivery are the only two payment methods accepted.
Following your order
Sign in to see whether an order is confirmed, being prepared, dispatched, delivered or cancelled. Payment and order progress are shown separately, so you can always see what is left to do.
Substitutions
At checkout you tell us what to do if an item is missing:
- Do not substitute Take the item off my order.
- Contact me Contact me before substituting anything.
- Closest match Choose the closest available product.
Launch conditions
While the shop is launching, delivery is free and the minimum order is Rs 2,000.00. These conditions will change: the minimum order will go up and delivery will not stay free indefinitely. No date is set. The terms that apply to your order are always the ones shown when you pay.
